1. Bee Movie (Netflix)

A honeybee named Barry breaks free from the hive to explore the human world and is shocked to learn that humans eat and sell his family’s primary commodity: honey. With a new human friend at his side, he sues the human race, determined to win justice in the courtroom. This hilarious 2007 animated children’s film starred Jerry Seinfeld and Renée Zellweger in the lead roles and was nominated for a Golden Globe. Rated PG for mild suggestive humor.

2. The Chosen, Season 5 (Prime Video)

Branded Chosen: Last Supper for its theatrical release, Season 5 of The Chosen masterfully depicts key scenes from the life of Christ: the entry into Jerusalem, the cleansing of the temple and the final meal with the 12 disciples prior to His death. (The yet-to-be-produced Seasons 6 and 7 will depict the crucifixion and resurrection, respectively.) All eight episodes of this new season roll out over three weeks on Prime Video beginning June 15 as part of an exclusive new partnership. Jonathan Roumie stars in the lead role.

A loving father tries to rein in his imaginative son, Walter, by offering him a bedtime story about the King of kings: Jesus. This animated box office hit tells the story of Christ through the narration of Walter’s father, author Charles Dickens, who grabs his son’s attention with stories of “angels and wicked kings and jealous rivals and miracles.” It featured an all-star cast, including Oscar Isaac, Uma Thurman, and Pierce Brosnan. It is one of the best films of 2025.

A desperate businessman risks everything to launch a circus-style show featuring “unique persons and curiosities” -- a bearded woman with a powerful voice, a short man who rides horseback, and someone dubbed the world’s “heaviest man.” This vibrant musical was loosely inspired by the life of P.T. Barnum and offers a deeply biblical message: Every life holds value. “Our own mothers were ashamed of us and hid us our entire lives… You gave us a family,” one performer tells Barnum. The world’s fastest hedgehog, Sonic, teams up with Tails and Knuckles to take on a mysterious new rival, Shadow, and their old enemy, Dr. Robotnik -- who’s back with a dangerous ally: his evil grandfather. This live-action film was the third in a popular series that is based on a video game and stars Jim Carrey. It includes solid lessons about family, friendship, and even adoption. This charming 10-episode series follows a curious iguana and his friend, Mr. Kirk, on a journey through playful yet profound life lessons rooted in Scripture. It stars Kirk Cameron and Leigh-Allyn Baker and is part of a new children’s platform within Great American Pure Flix, The Ark Club, that also includes VeggieTales, The Wiggles and Bob the Builder.
