God is in This Place

Inspired from the story of Jacob's Ladder when he stopped for the night in an average, mundane place. But then woke up and after realizing that God had visited, the place became very special and even renamed "Bethel" (House of God) As we go about our mundane lives, do we as believers realize God is here also? If so, then every place and time is divine IF we have eyes to see it.

Magnificent Mundane

The life of a believer is a paradox, we new creations with a the Holy Spirit yet imperfect sinful people in a fallen world. However, if we are moving forward in this journey, we will slowly realize that God is behind the scenes directing everything within the ultimate big picture, for our good, and his glory! The magnificent mundane (Magdane) is my term for this mindset of every place and every moment is special if God is there, and he is.

End Game

The complete story of this amazing project is posted at my web site found at video's end. Michael Mark completed his service and game over for him just several months after this was recorded. He is now with Jesus and I am extremely happy to have done this just before never having a clue it was his last work, but God knew, and here it is.

I John 2:11 This is an older classic I wrote and recorded about thirty years ago! The message is timeless, and the music seems to have held up too, I think?!

"Fear not, therefore you are of more value than many sparrows" Mt 10:31 I wrote this after a bad church situation and was just trying to get back to the basics and simplicity to know God cares for me, even more than he takes care of the birds and all the animal kingdom.

Psalm 143. I only use verses 8 and 10 from the KJV Bible, for this prayer like worship song. Within verse 10, "the land of" is omitted. It was written originally to be sung in a round but, the round effect is heard, briefly, toward the middle of the song as a harmony.

God Must Have Led Me To YOu

I wrote the words to this song a few days after hurricane Harvey and being diagnosed with two brain tumors. I think I was still in shock. The Houston area was flooded and we were preparing to head to the Mayo clinic in Rochester. As my Husband and I walked around Lowes, in a daze, I wrote these words.
