“My father’s dedication to help me find happiness and success in my life inspired me in my own journey as a father. His legacy remains in my heart, especially through his strength in overcoming his grief, fears, and shaken faith to raise me to become the man and father I am today. As he once told me, ‘You may lack limbs, but don’t let that define what you can or can’t do.’”

Opening in theatres nationwide starting September 25, “No Limbs, No Limits: The NickV Story” highlights one of the most personal chapters in the life of world-renowned speaker and evangelist Nick Vujicic: the loss of his father and the grief that followed.

According to the American Psychological Association, 44% of Americans have lost at least one parent by age 49. The documentary examines how that experience affected Vujicic, whose public ministry has reached audiences around the world while often requiring him to encourage others during his own seasons of pain.

While Vujicic overcame extraordinary physical challenges after being born without arms or legs, one of his most difficult struggles came later as he processed the death of his father.

“I guess we all deal with things differently. And for me, I couldn’t talk about my dad,” said Vujicic.

The film explores how grief complicated the demands of public life and ministry. As Vujicic traveled, spoke, and appeared before large audiences, he faced the challenge of sharing hope while privately navigating loss.

Vujicic said, “I’ve learned how to process it differently and not just let things pile up … but you never stop missing him.”

The documentary presents an intimate look at the emotional realities of grief, mental health and resilience. It also examines how loss can deepen gratitude and strengthen a person’s understanding of purpose.

“Fatherhood shaped so much of my understanding of perseverance, love and purpose as a father. I’m deeply grateful to my dad — whose example continues to shape how I father my own children. My faith and memories of my dad sustained me through this profound loss,” said Vujicic.

Tickets for “No Limbs, No Limits: The NickV Story” are on sale through Fathom Entertainment. The film opens in theatres nationwide starting Sept. 25. For more information and to watch the teaser trailer, visit https://www.nickvfilms.com/.
