I was at the mall and heard this wonderful singing about Jesus and decided to relax and listen, pray and record one song...

This is Good to me. I'm not sure who it's by...but I was just going thru my music one day and saw this song and was like "this looks easy', So I started working on it and within probably an hr and a half, I got it. The whole song! :) So...I hope you enjoy. :) Dont forget to Subscribe!

A heartfelt song for the people of Newtown, Connecticut. From Pastor Alan Maki of Tecumseh, Michigan with love, who awoke at 6 am on December 18th with these words pouring through him: "God Is With Them Now!"

The Binions

Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance. So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved, and said, "They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don't know where they have put him!"

So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb. Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in. Then Simon Peter, who was behind him, arrived and went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the burial cloth that had been around Jesus' head. The cloth was folded up by itself, separate from the linen. Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went inside. He saw and believed. (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.)

Then the disciples went back to their homes, but Mary stood outside the tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus' body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot.

They asked her, "Woman, why are you crying?"

"They have taken my Lord away," she said, "and I don't know where they have put him." At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realize that it was Jesus...

A teenaged girl learns that she is carrying the Son of the Living God. To the world she is no one special. She wouldn't stand out in a crowd, save the fact that she was an unwed mother in a time where there were no unwed mothers. She was just a child but she had the kind of faith that says, "Yes" without doubt or question. Could she possibly have known what was to come of her act of obedience? Could she possibly have seen that the child in her womb would grow up to become the savior of this world? Mary, did you know?

Growing up in the church, I remember many Sundays standing with hymnal in hand mouthing the words to this song and flatly singing, "How great Thou art..." That was then and this is now. Since those days of my youth I have witnessed the power of the One True God. I have seen His handiwork in the transformation of this heart and many others. I witness the beauty of His creation each day, marvel in His creativity, His majesty, His grace and His love.

How great Thou art? INDEED! To Christ alone be all honor, all glory and all power for ever and ever. Amen

As I listen to Bethany Dillon's song, "I Am Yours" I'm reminded of the truth of God's love for me. Whether in sadness and pain or in joy and peace, no matter where I go and no matter what I face, I am His!

John Newton wrote this song, not to be a popular hymn but as words from his heart expressing the power of Christ's grace. John's profession was as a slave trader. He was responsible for transporting thousands of men, women and children from Africa to Europe, many of which died en route, due to appallingly poor conditions, rampant disease and shortages of food and water.

On May 10th, 1748 as he was braving a terrible storm and feared that his ship was certainly doomed, John cried out, "Lord, have mercy upon us!" He later wrote of the experience. He claimed that God spoke to him through the storm and that it brought about the moment of his "great deliverance." For the rest of his life he celebrated this as his anniversary. It was the day that the truth of grace became real to him. This one time slave trader walked away from his profession in favor of preaching the Good News. He wrote at least 280 hymns, many which are still sung in our churches today.

May 10th, 1748 was John's "Damascus road experience." His heart was transformed within the storm and his life going forward was a reflection of it. His crimes (although they were legal) against humanity led him to a heartfelt understanding of God's grace and brought about this transformation. By what other name can a life be saved but by that of Jesus? His love transforms our hearts and creates us anew. Surely He alone is worthy of all glory, honor and praise! We bow together to worship the King of kings and revel in His majesty.

He bore the burden of the cross but death couldn't hold Him in the grave. It is through Him that we are justified and have the hope of salvation. This is what we believe.

There are millions of names, but none more powerful than the name of Jesus! He is rightful Master, Redeemer, Lover, and the absolute Conqueror of our hearts. If we don't praise him, the very rocks will cry out!

Its transforming power reaches to the depths of a heart. It redeems, transforms and brings about a rebirth that cannot be explained in human terms. Truly there has never been a greater love. I was excited to see that Aaron Shust had a new single coming out as an advance release of his album scheduled to launch in August. When I first heard these words, tears filled my eyes and I was overwhelmed by the goodness and faithfulness of our Lord, Christ Jesus. So, albeit with much expectation, I have chosen to WAIT and place the full weight of my HOPE in Him.

If you put a frog into a pot of boiling hot water it will immediately jump out. However, if you put one into a pot of cold water and turn on the heat, it will remain there until it boils to death. So it is with our nation. In the 1960's prayer was banned from schools. Since then we have witnessed a great falling away. The water may have been cold at one point but now it is dangerously hot. The melting pot of our nation is becoming the boiling pot.
